- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and prepare project documentation and reports.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and banking industry standards.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking industry.
- Proven experience managing banking, digital transformation, or IT-related projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to work onsite (Work From Office / WFO).
