- ByteBridge is seeking an experienced
- Project Manager – Data Center Infrastructure
to lead the successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects across Indonesia. You will be responsible for managing projects from planning through commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires close collaboration with customers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver white space fit-out and supporting infrastructure for data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center Infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, and project handover activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site surveys to verify drawings, assess existing conditions, identify design or construction discrepancies, and recommend practical solutions.
Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Manage project budgets, variations, change orders, procurement activities, and cost control throughout project execution.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, company policies, quality standards, and Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE) requirements.
- Lead regular project meetings and provide timely project status updates to internal management and customers.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch list closure, as-built documentation, and final project handover.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and project partners to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Minimum
- 3–5 years
- of project management experience delivering Data Center Infrastructure, Mission Critical Facilities, or related MEP/construction projects.
- Practical experience managing
- white space fit-out
projects, including
- Equipment racks
- Hot/Cold aisle containment
- Cable trays and cable baskets
- Structured cabling
- Busway systems
- rPDUs
- MEP coordination
- Strong understanding of construction site management, installation practices, field supervision, commissioning, and site safety.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as
- Microsoft Project
- or
- Primavera P6
- Strong planning, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering projects for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center environments.
- Knowledge of data center power, cooling, structured cabling, and mission-critical infrastructure.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure disciplines.
