Project Manager – Interior Design
Responsibilities
- Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Prepare and manage project budgets (RAB/BOQ), resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate and supervise project teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Implement project changes and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
- Evaluate team performance and overall project productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in Construction or Interior Design.
- Strong knowledge in budget planning and cost control (RAB/BOQ).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage operational and manpower costs effectively.
- Placement: West Jakarta.
