Job Summary
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their requirements and expectations are understood and fuldilled.
- • Lead end-to-end execution of New Product Development (NPD) and sustaining engineering projects.
- • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and deliverables.
- • Lead cross-functional teams including Hardware, Firmware & Mechanical Engineering Team.
- • Conduct regular project review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- • Provide accurate project status updates, progress reports, and executive presentations.
- • Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and manage change requests.
- • Coordinate engineering activities from concept, prototype, validation, manufacturing, and product launch.
- • Ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality standards, and business objectives.
- • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.
Qualification Required
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in embedded systems, electronics, IoT, or manufacturing.
- • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
- • Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing customer-facing projects.
- • Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
- • Strong understanding of New Product Development (NPD) and product development lifecycle.
- • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- • Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, communicate effectively with international customers.
- • Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- • Willing to travel for customer meetings and project activities when required.
