As a Project Manager, you will serve as a strategic pillar in our organization, overseeing high-value simulation portfolios from inception to delivery. You will mentor team members, align cross-functional technical teams, manage high-stakes client relationships, and ensure our projects consistently exceed industry standards for quality and innovation.
Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale, complex simulation projects and enterprise-level portfolios from strategic planning to deployment and closeout.
Manage multi-million dollar budgets, resource allocation matrices, and portfolio scheduling to maximize ROI, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Proactively identify high-level technical, operational, and financial risks, establishing robust mitigation frameworks and change control protocols.
Act as the primary escalation point and strategic partner for C-level executives, key clients, and international partners, delivering transparent and impactful project governance reports.
Drive the continuous improvement of internal PMO methodologies, frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), and governance standards to scale team productivity.
Oversee enterprise-grade project documentation, contract compliance, intellectual property protection, and regulatory standards.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of project coordinators and cross-functional engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional growth.
3-5 years
of progressive experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on complex engineering, IT infrastructure, defense, or the advanced simulation industry.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Recognized PM certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master) are strongly preferred.
Deep expertise in project management methodologies and advanced proficiency with enterprise PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Primavera).
Proven mastery in capital budgeting, financial forecasting, cost control, and contract negotiation for large-scale operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations with exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills. Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) will be an advantage
