offering an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage construction and infrastructure projects. As Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is integral to our operational success and demonstrates our commitment to maintaining excellence across all project execution phases.

• Key responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day construction and installation activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines
• Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, including labourers, technicians and contractors
• Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management on milestones, challenges and completion status
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies on all project sites
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment and personnel allocation
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records and site logs
• Liaise between client requirements and operational teams to ensure clear communication
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns
• Support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting on construction sites
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project supervision or site management roles
• Proven track record managing teams of 10+ personnel in construction or infrastructure environments
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations and best practices
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints and project specifications
• Experience with telecommunications, fibre optic networks or data infrastructure projects is advantageous
• Competent in basic computer skills and project management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Leadership capabilities with problem-solving orientation
• Valid construction certifications or relevant qualifications are preferred
• Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor and varied climate conditions
