Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Lead with managing big-scale project risks, issues, action items, schedules, meetings.
• Monitor and remind stakeholders of major follow-up items and deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Manage and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Create comprehensive documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project activities and ensure its compliance with standards and governance.

• Update project management documentation and present the documents to wider audience.
• Contribute to quality reviews and coordinate activities in support of quality objectives.

Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management in banking industry, with a focus on PM roles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Logical, and efficient, with creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with international teams and values working in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proficient with project management tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
