Job Vacancy: Project Quality Control (QC)

- Project Quality Control (QC)
professional to ensure that all construction activities and materials meet our quality standards, technical specifications, and project requirements. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellence, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials and verify compliance with project requirements.
- Perform quality checks during all stages of construction, including structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Identify, document, and report defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with project supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality records, checklists, and other QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure all testing and inspection activities are completed according to project requirements.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality performance.
- Assist in implementing and improving project quality management systems and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations during inspection activities.
- Support project handover by ensuring all quality requirements are completed before final acceptance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 1 year of experience
- in Quality Control, Site Engineering, or Construction Supervision.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Experience inspecting structural, architectural, and finishing works is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality documentation, inspection reports, and testing procedures.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel to project sites across Bali.
