About NoraPadel
NoraPadel has been Surabaya's leading padel supplier since 2024, carrying Bullpadel, NOX, and StarVie. We're building the most entertaining padel media brand in Indonesia — and we've decided AI video isn't a side experiment for us. It's core production infrastructure.
We're looking for someone who can make generative video tools produce broadcast-quality output on demand, consistently, at volume. Not someone who has played with Sora once. Someone who has actually shipped.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain our production prompt library across Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Kling, and whatever launches next quarter
Generate campaign assets: product hero shots, cinematic b-roll, motion backgrounds, stylised court sequences, concept visuals that are impractical or expensive to film
Solve consistency — the hard part of this job. Keep the same racket, same colourway, same lighting, and same brand look across an entire campaign's worth of generated shots
- Run image-to-video workflows on our real product photography so generated content stays true to actual SKUs
- Handle lipsync, voiceover generation, and upscaling where campaigns call for it
- Document every working prompt with its parameters, seed, model version, and output, so results are reproducible by the rest of the team
- Assemble and hand off finished sequences to the editing team in usable form
- Track model releases and run structured comparisons — report what's genuinely better, not what's trending
- Own quality control: recognise and reject the tells of AI output before anything reaches our feed
Requirements
- Portfolio of AI-generated video you personally made
- this is the entire application. Credentials are secondary
- Hands-on production experience with at least two AI video platforms (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Luma, or similar)
- Fluent in the language of cinematography
- shot size, lens choice, camera movement, lighting direction, depth of field. Prompting for video is directing in text, and it fails without this vocabulary
- Strong written English — every one of these models responds better to precise English, and our documentation is in English
- Nice to Have
- Compositing and motion graphics (After Effects) to clean up and extend generated footage
- Background in 3D, VFX, or traditional film production
- Any interest in racket sports
