Requirements
- Master’s degree (S2) in Clinical Psychology or Child Psychology
- Valid or eligible for Indonesian professional registration (SIPP)
- Minimum 3 or 4 years of relevant clinical practice experience
- Strong experience in psychological and developmental assessments
- Proficient in standardized assessment tools (e.g., Bayley, Vineland, CARS, PEP-3, Denver)
- Demonstrated experience in case management within SEN or therapy center settings
- Training or experience in pediatric, neurodevelopmental, or inclusive practices. Certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is a major plus
- Excellent clinical report-writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong ability in intervention planning, progress monitoring, and integrated care planning
- Experience in parent consultation and psychoeducation
- Proven ability to coordinate cases across therapy, school, and family systems
- High level of clinical professionalism and adherence to ethical standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and family-centered communication approach
- Commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding requirements (mandatory training)
