• What you'll be doing
• Conducting individual psychotherapy sessions with clients, utilising evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address health concerns
• Developing personalised treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each client's needs and circumstances
• Maintaining detailed and confidential clinical records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
• Providing crisis intervention and support when required, ensuring client safety and wellbeing
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and support services to ensure coordinated care
• Offering psychoeducational support to help clients understand their health and develop coping strategies
• Contributing to a supportive workplace culture by promoting health awareness and wellbeing initiatives
• Adhering to all professional codes of ethics and confidentiality requirements
• What we're looking for
• A recognised qualification in psychotherapy, counselling or a related mental health discipline from an accredited institution
• Current registration or membership with a professional body relevant to psychotherapy practice in your jurisdiction
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in providing psychotherapeutic services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients
• A thorough understanding of mental health conditions, therapeutic techniques and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain detailed clinical records
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to continuing education requirements
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working within a corporate, retail or employee wellness setting is advantageous
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
