What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant & bar industry
- Strong communication skills in representing, selling products, and negotiating
- Target-oriented mindset (monthly revenue, events, group reservations, repeat customers, creating new customers)
- Administrative skills, including preparing proposals, sales reports, quotations, and invoices
- Strong networking skills and established channels with corporate clients, event organizers, communities, and others
- Proven ability to acquire new customers and drive repeat visits.
- Creative in developing events, collaborations, and customer activations.
- Good understanding of F&B, lifestyle, and hospitality trends.
