- Deskripsi pekerjaan purchasing New Kuta Hotel Managed by Lorin
- Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Accounting, Management, or Hospitality.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Purchasing position (hotel experience is an advantage).
- Good understanding of procurement process, sourcing vendors, price negotiation, and purchase documentation.
- Ability to evaluate vendors and understand operational needs and basic inventory principles (FIFO).
- Proficient in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word) and familiar with purchasing systems (SMILE/MC/OPERA or similar).
- Detail-oriented, honest, and high integrity.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of pricing and tax (VAT).
- Able to work collaboratively with other departments and external vendors.
- Willing to work mobile for price surveys and product checking.
