PURCHASING

Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and controlling goods and services required for operations, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies to support smooth daily operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process purchase requests and purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
• Sourcing of new products and alternative suppliers.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, terms of payment, delivery terms.
• Ensure timely purchasing of food, beverage, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, pricing, consistency, and delivery).
• Verify received goods against purchase orders and coordinate with receiving and warehouse teams.
• Ensure complete documentation for purchasing transactions.
• Support cost control initiatives and budget compliance.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, price lists, and supplier databases.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and approval procedures.
