Job Descriptions
- Processing daily purchase transactions, matching invoices with relevant delivery order
- Able to achieve deadline for closing and reporting
- Participating in department discussions to achieve project objectives and cost efficiency
- Vendor Sourcing, Negotiation, Cost Down
- Manage incoming deliveries to the warehouse
- Liaise with stakeholders for on-time receiving and system updating
- Identify process bottlenecks to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/Accounting/Finance/Engineering
- Min. 1-year experience in Accounting or Purchasing
- SAP knowledge is plus point
- Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude, and responsible person
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin (HSK 3/4) both oral and written
- The ability to identify drawing (specification/dimension)
