- Education
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 2.Good communication skill in English (written and spoken) – required for communication with local, regional and headquarter teams
- Experience
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in software testing / quality control (for middle level)
- Experience in system integration testing is preferable
- Experience in testing for Banking system projects is preferable
- Key Responsibilities
- Understanding test strategy and test plan, create and develop test cases based on system requirements and technical design documents.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Familiar with Non-Functional Testing
- Execute testing activities and ensure system functionality meets business and technical requirements.
- Identify, log, track defects, coordinate with Programmer for resolution.
- Validate fixes and perform re-testing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of test documentation and reports.
- Provide quality evaluation or assessment and readiness for deployment.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations where applicable.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, nonfunctional, integration, regression testing)
- Familiar with multi-platform testing preparation such as Web Based, Front End, Back End and AS400 platform
- Experience in test case design and execution
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
- Understanding of system integration testing in complex environments
- Ability to analyze requirements and derive test scenarios
- Knowledge of SDLC processes
- Experience in banking/payment systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination with technical and business users
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
