Ensure electrical and mechanical piping materials and installation works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), vendor requirements, and project standards.
Conduct and document inspections, testing, witness activities, welding/joint inspections, hydrotests, equipment alignment, and final acceptance for electrical and piping systems, including panels, cables, grounding, conduits, street lighting (PJU), valves, pumps, fittings, and related equipment.
Monitor contractors' daily construction activities, including manpower, equipment, materials, work progress, inspection readiness, testing, and completion in accordance with project schedules.
Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), corrective actions, punch lists, and quality close-out activities before commissioning and project handover.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, and utility providers to ensure successful inspection, testing, energization, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover.
Prepare inspection reports, quality documentation, progress reports, and project records in accordance with project requirements.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical QA/QC, Piping QA/QC, Construction Supervision, or a similar role in industrial, infrastructure, or utility projects.
Strong understanding of electrical installation, piping systems, welding inspection, hydrotesting, grounding, cable installation, panel systems, and commissioning activities.
Familiar with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and quality management procedures.
