As part of our manufacturing expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to establish and lead our end-to-end Quality Management System, drive operational excellence, and build a strong quality culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the end-to-end Quality Management System (QMS), including CTQ, PFMEA, Quality Plan, IQC, IPQC, OQC, Control Plan, and inspection standards.
- Ensure products comply with customer requirements, PLN specifications, and applicable international quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality systems, procedures, SOPs, and inspection standards.
- Lead internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits, ISO certification, TKDN, SPM, and other quality compliance programs.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, customer complaints, and quality risks.
Manage supplier quality performance and collaborate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Management Systems.
- Build, develop, and mentor the QA/QC team while fostering a strong quality culture and operational excellence.
- Develop quality KPIs, monitor quality performance, analyze trends, and provide management reports with actionable improvement plans.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager role.
Experience in Electronics, Electrical Equipment, EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services), Smart Devices, Automotive Electronics, Precision Manufacturing, Metering, or Smart Meter manufacturing will be an advantage.

- Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Experience in Supplier Quality Management, cross-functional quality improvement, and manufacturing quality systems is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of PLN standards, utility products, or electrical metering products will be a strong advantage.
