Quality Control (QC) Site Timor Leste
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control professional to ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
- Familiar with QA/QC documentation, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and project specifications.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of quality management systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections to ensure construction work complies with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
- Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection records.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformance issues and corrective actions.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project teams in maintaining quality objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and HSE requirements.
