Responsibility
Calibrate Measuring Tools
Regularly check and adjust tools for accuracy.
Perform Product Testing
Test products to meet quality standards.
Manage Production Stations
Oversee station workflow and check output quality.
Handle Non-Conformance Reports (LKS)
Monitor and resolve quality issues.
Inspect Raw Materials and Processes
Ensure quality of materials and in-process.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in the manufacturing industry.
- Application Software: Proficient in using Google Sheets for basic calculations such as multiplication, average, and subtraction.
- Customized Software: Able to use and fill out Google Forms efficiently.
- Professional Experience: Experienced in calibrating measuring tapes and converting between inches, meters, centimeters, and millimeters.
- Theoretical Knowledge: Understanding of the AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) concept.
- Company Experience: Has hands-on experience in applying Total Quality Management (TQM) practices in the workplace.
