Job Description

Coordinate with superiors to create regular schedules and conduct training sessions at stores and the central kitchen.

Coordinate with superiors in developing SOPs in accordance with company standards, and monitor research projects aimed at improving taste, preservation techniques, and packaging solutions.

Ensure all employees understand and comply with company standards and regulations regarding ethics and procedures in all customer-handling situations.

• Ensure all products meet company quality standards and fulfill customer needs and expectations.
• Prepare monthly reports on training activities, audits, and other related initiatives.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and alignment of quality standards within the team.
• Provide feedback on audit findings, highlighting areas for improvement to the relevant teams.
• Job Requirements
• Min. S1 Food Science or related field
• Min of 2-5 years Food Processing and Quality Management Experience.
