KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and regularly update the company’s standards for
- Design Development, Working Drawings, and Construction Details
- Manage and control project production processes during the
- Design Development and Working Drawing phases
- , ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and company workflows.
- Identify gaps in technical standards and potential production bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop, evaluate, and ensure the effective implementation of company
- SOPs and production standards
- Coordinate with
- Principals, Production Teams, and external parties
- to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform
- quality control and technical validation
- of architectural, landscape, and interior working drawings.
- Manage and map team workloads to ensure optimal
- manpower allocation and resource distribution
- Review outsourcing performance and ensure deliverables comply with company standards.
- Manage outsourcing administration, including
- agreements, kick-off meetings, performance evaluations, and recommendations
- , as well as preparing technical findings and outsourcing cost analysis reports for management.
- Support team capability development through internal learning programs and manage the development curriculum under

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience
- in technical coordination, project production, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of
- working drawings, construction details, and coordination with technical consultants
- Well-organized with strong
- problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to
- manage priorities and remain composed in a dynamic work environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
