Responsibilities
Ensure all QC operations comply with
GMP/ISO 22716
- , internal quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Approve and verify test results for raw materials, in-process products, bulk, and finished goods.
- Oversee stability testing programs and product shelf-life evaluations.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, and R&D to investigate deviations or non-conformities.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement efforts
- Review and sign off on Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and product release documents.
- Prepare quality reports, trend analyses, and improvement recommendations.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy Licensed Pharmacist (STRA Active).
- At least 5 years as a Manager specialized in Quality Control or equivalent in cosmetics and personal care is a plus.
- Required skills are GMP CPKB, Good Laboratory Practice (ISO 17025), ISO 9001, and SJPH.
- Understanding of local and international cosmetic regulation (BPOM).
- Strong understanding of analytical method validation, microbiological & chemical testing, equipment calibration & qualification.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong written & verbal communications in english.
