QAC CONTROLLER
Job description
- To control and coordinate the QAC Depart activities to conform with the Quality System EN ISO 13485: 2016.
- To lead the QAC Department in in achieving the QAC quality objective.
- Handling Customer Complaints.
- Responsible to ensure that any customer complaint is replied to without undue delay.
- To control and ensure all QC Process Inspections are follow inspection criteria and procedure.
- Act as the QAC Head representative during customer visits and/or audits , audits TUV and internal audits.
- To Hold routine quality meetings with customers.
- To report monthly quality performance to management.
- To Lead the Process Qualification Section ( PQS ) team.
- To Lead the training team.
QUALIFICATION
- Female or Male
- Fluent in English , Proficiency in MS Office.
- Have 4 Years working experience as a QAC Supervisor
