Job Description
Performed quantity take-offs based on construction drawings and technical specifications, and prepared and reviewed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepared cost estimates and project budgets, developed tender documents, and conducted unit price analysis.
- Monitored project budgets and controlled costs throughout project execution.
Coordinated with project teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders on quantity and cost-related matters, and prepared periodic project cost reports.
Qualification Candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in quantity take-off and unit price analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimating software or similar applications is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of contract documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates (RAB), and tendering processes.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
