Systems Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end network and connectivity solutions based on customer business and technical requirements.
• Prepare High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), solution proposals, BOQ, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with the Sales team during customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend the most suitable network architecture and technologies.
• Support project implementation, migration, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Perform network assessment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as
• Presales Engineer, Solution Architect, Network Engineer, or ISP Network Design Engineer.
• Strong experience in
• network design and solution architecture
• for Enterprise or ISP environments.
• Mandatory experience with
• MikroTik (MTCRE certification is required).
• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, VPN).
• Familiar with Metro Ethernet, Fiber Optic, Internet Gateway, Wireless, and ISP Infrastructure.
• Experience preparing
• HLD, LLD, BOQ, SOW, and technical proposals.
• Hands-on experience with MikroTik, Cisco, Huawei, or Juniper devices.
• Excellent customer presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
