Position
- Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Contract Stage
Sourcing & Costing
Identify and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and materials while preparing accurate preliminary cost estimates.
Pricing & Tendering
Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ), compile tender documentation, and formulate competitive commercial bids.
Negotiation
- Conduct commercial negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Post-Contract Stage
Commercial & Contractual Management
Oversee contract administration, monitor project financial performance, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Cost & Budget Control
Track project expenditures, manage cash flow, and control budgets to prevent cost overruns.
Variations & Claims
- Assess, manage, and process Variation Orders (VO), progress claims, final accounts, and contractual claims.
- Key Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 5 years relevant experience handling both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
- Strong expertise in standard construction contract conditions, claim management, and commercial risk assessment.
- Advanced negotiation, analytical, and financial management skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
