Civil Engineer Manager

Job Description

Analyze and approve all civil work execution methods, construction materials, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings proposed by contractors prior to work execution.

Review contract specifications and analyze composite drawings to ensure smooth integration with other scopes including MEP, Interior, and Landscape.

Ensure and supervise that all field execution by contractors holds valid Work Permits and strictly complies with the latest approved drawings, materials, and method statements.

Handle project correspondence, administration, compilation of Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and proper archiving of key documents (e.g., warranty certificates, testing reports).

• Enforce strict safety practices on-site to ensure project completion with Zero Fatality.
• Coordinate administrative requirements and communication between the Head Office and the Site Office.
• Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in High-Rise and Landed Building projects.
• Must possess valid SKK Ahli Gedung certification or specialized qualification in Construction Management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control Plans (QC Plan) and Inspection & Testing Plans (ITP).
• Strong leadership capability in managing internal teams and daily site labor.
• Proven expertise in Quality Control and Site Management.
• High level of HSE Awareness and safety culture.
