- What You'll Do
- Develop and acquire new business partners and borrower accounts.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve monthly onboarding targets.
- Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and engagement to successful funding.
- Build long-term relationships with borrowers before, during, and after the funding process.
- Negotiate and execute commercial agreements with partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Identify potential risk and compliance issues and proactively mitigate them.
- Contribute to revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience
- in Relationship Manager, Business Development, Sales, or Partnership roles within
- Fintech (P2P Lending) or Banking.
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Strong network across industries such as
- Telecommunications, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals
- , or other corporate sectors.
- Good understanding of financial services and digital lending.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
