Kualifikasi
- Minimun Bachelor's Degree, in any field
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience as Marketing/Relationship Manager (Lending SME) in Banking Industry
- Have passion and interest in selling various banking products
- Have high initiative, strong analytical thinking, good persuasion and tenacity (target driven)
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal and sales skills
- Have good networking skills in formal and non-formal organizations, with various levels of correspondence
