The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description

Act as the ShopeeFood representative responsible for maintaining relationships with merchants in Banyumas, Tegal, and Cilacap Area.

Responsible for maintaining merchant performance by offering participation in campaigns and other ShopeeFood services through online channels (Email, WhatsApp blast, and telephone).

Responsible for educating merchants about the importance of store quality and operations on ShopeeFood to help them gain more sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
• Target-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or interest in E-wallet platforms, food delivery, and e-commerce business.
• Able to work well in a team.
