About the Role

- Resident Medical Officer (RMO) / Dokter Jaga
- to join our team in
- Magelang, Central Java.
This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, especially during emergency and urgent situations, while ensuring smooth clinical operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide comprehensive medical services, including patient assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and follow-up treatment, both in pre-hospital and in-hospital settings.
- Confirm and perform triage procedures for urgent or emergency cases, and deliver life-saving treatment as needed.
- Coordinate with specialist doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and appropriate medical interventions.
- Communicate clearly with patients and families, providing education regarding conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
Monitor and coordinate patient transportation and evacuation processes, ensuring readiness of equipment and communication with receiving physicians.
- Maintain complete medical records by accurately documenting all patient interactions, medical histories, and outcomes.
- Discharge patients when hospitalization is no longer indicated and support operational reporting and documentation needs.
- Participate in implementing hospital safety and quality protocols, including data collection and training activities.
- Serve in a clinical RMO role during non-emergency periods, ensuring continued medical supervision on-site.
- What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Medical Profession; valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Practitioner in emergency or hospital-based services.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage a wide range of medical cases independently.
- Solid understanding of hospital procedures, emergency triage, and integrated patient care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide education and coordinate care across teams.
- High attention to documentation accuracy, legal compliance, and ethical standards.
- Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
