Restaurant Area Manager

Tanggung Jawab

• Keep daily operations running smoothly and to standard at every outlet
• Lead and coach Outlet Managers
• Monitor sales, costs, and targets for each outlet
• Maintain service quality and handle guest complaints
• Conduct regular outlet visits and audits
• Work closely with the HR, Kitchen, Purchasing, and Marketing teams
• Submit weekly reports to management

Kualifikasi

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality or Management
• At least 5 years of experience in F&B restaurants
• At least 2 years as an Area Manager or a multi-outlet Outlet Manager
• Solid understanding of P&L, food cost, and labor cost
• Strong leader who enjoys developing people
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Willing to travel between outlets (PIK–BSD)
• Has own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
