Key Responsibilities
- Record and verify daily financial transactions
- Process invoices, supplier payments, and reimbursements
- Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Support monthly financial reporting and audit preparation
- Coordinate with outlets and other departments
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome
- Good understanding of basic accounting and AP/AR processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, and deadline-driven
- Experience in accounting software or the hospitality/F&B industry is a plus
