- Restaurant Manager (Multi Brand)
- for placement in
- Padang
- This position will manage the daily operations of 3 F&B brands in one foodcourt-style area:
- SiniSushi, Bakmi21, and Shinimura
- . The candidate will lead the Captain of each brand and report directly to the Area Manager.
We are looking for an experienced F&B leader who is able to manage outlet operations, lead teams, maintain product and service standards, control stock and waste, and achieve sales targets.
- The selected candidate must be willing to join
- 1 month of training in Pekanbaru
- before placement in Padang.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/S1.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, Store Manager, Foodcourt Manager, or similar role.
- Experienced in leading outlet/restaurant teams.
- Able to manage more than one brand or operational point in one area.
Understands daily outlet operations, product quality, service, stock control, waste control, cleanliness, food safety, and sales performance.
- Strong leadership, detail-oriented, disciplined, and hands-on.
- Willing to attend 1 month of training in Pekanbaru.
- Willing to be placed in Padang.
Preferred
- Experienced in handling multi-brand, foodcourt, cloud kitchen, or several outlets in one area.
- Experienced in sushi, Japanese food, bakmi/noodle, rice bowl, grill, or fast casual restaurant brands.
- Experienced in new outlet opening.
- Familiar with GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, or other online food delivery platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of SiniSushi, Bakmi21, and Shinimura.
- Ensure all brands follow company SOP.
- Lead and coach each brand Captain and Crew.
- Control outlet readiness before opening.
- Maintain product quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Monitor sales, stock, waste, customer complaints, ratings, and reviews.
- Support the pre-opening process until all 3 brands are ready to operate.
- Prepare regular operational reports for the Area Manager.
Not suitable if
- You have never led an F&B outlet or restaurant team.
- Your experience is only as Crew, Cook, Cashier, or Server without leadership experience.
- You are not willing to train in Pekanbaru for 1 month.
- You are not willing to be placed in Padang.
