Restaurant Manager

Requirments

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership position.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is highly preferred.
• Must be currently based in Bali.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, including service standards, staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about the F&B industry and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
