Role Summary: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Multi-Store / Cluster Store Manager to lead and oversee the operations of multiple retail locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for all stores within the assigned cluster to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by analyzing performance metrics and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers to build a high-performing leadership pipeline. 4. Ensure consistent brand presentation and customer service excellence across all locations.
- Manage inventory levels, loss prevention, and operational budgets effectively.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor store health and provide hands-on support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in multi-unit or cluster retail management.
- Expertise in Retail Operation including inventory management, P&L oversight, and staff scheduling.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Ability to work full-time on-site and travel frequently between assigned store locations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to represent the brand effectively.
