Responsibilities
- Assist store supervisors in daily operations including sales, inventory, and product display
- Support sales target achievement and team coordination
- Deliver excellent customer service and improve in-store experience
- Participate in store performance reviews and training activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Chinese
- Fresh graduates or candidates with max. 2 years of experience are welcome
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fast learner with positive attitude and discipline
- Willing to be placed in different store locations in Indonesia
Working Hours
MTs will be assigned to various stores and follow store operational schedules: 6 working days and 1 day off per week, 8 working hours per day. Days off may not fall on weekends.
