- Kali Dogwear is looking for a friendly, proactive, and organized
- Retail Sales Assistant
to join our growing team in Canggu. This is more than a retail role—you'll help create a great customer experience while supporting our online store, B2B partners, and daily store operations.

About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service both in-store and online while ensuring our store remains well-stocked, organized, and running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include
- Welcome and assist customers in-store with product recommendations and purchases
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify, and other online platforms
- Process retail sales and operate the POS system
- Manage daily store opening and closing procedures
- Monitor and replenish store inventory
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory management
- Prepare and pack online and wholesale (B2B) orders
- Coordinate with partner stores regarding stock replenishment and deliveries
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
- Support promotional events, pop-ups, and weekend markets when required
- What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Friendly, positive, and confident communicating with customers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and spoken English is an advantage
- Loves dogs and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule
