About

Responsible for carrying out Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities to support the achievement of the Company's strategic objectives through effective risk identification, assessment, monitoring, control, and mitigation.

Responsibilities

Review and periodically enhance the Company's risk management framework, including Risk Management Guidelines (STK), Policies (TKO), Procedures (TKI), and the Risk Management Information System.

Develop and maintain risk management templates, formats, and worksheets to support risk identification, assessment, measurement, and monitoring processes.

Coordinate and collaborate with all Groups/Functions/Business Units in preparing the Company's Risk Register, identifying critical risks (Top Risks), and supporting related risk management activities.

Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation plans, risk events (loss events and near misses), and risk management competency development (upskilling) programs across all Groups/Functions/Business Units.

• Prepare risk evaluation reports and provide strategic recommendations on emerging risk trends and potential business impacts.
• Monitor the implementation of agreed risk mitigation actions to ensure timely and effective follow-up.

Analyze risk incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimize the recurrence of similar incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in risk management or related fields is preferred.
• Nationally recognized Risk Management Certification (BNSP) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
