• Handle product/sample development process from job order to finalization
• Conduct testing and ensure materials/products meet required specifications
• Coordinate with related departments to support development and production process
• Prepare and analyze costing, including material usage and cost estimation
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and product improvement

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this role, and candidates who are unable to communicate effectively in English will not be considered for the position.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
