Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions.
- Build attended and unattended automation workflows.
- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Integrate RPA solutions with ERP, CRM, APIs, databases, web applications, and legacy systems.
- Conduct process discovery, documentation, and solution design workshops.
- Perform debugging, monitoring, and optimization of existing bots.
- Support production environments and troubleshoot automation issues.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, QA teams, and Solution Architects.
- Ensure automation solutions follow security, governance, and best-practice standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing enterprise RPA solutions.
Strong experience with at least one leading RPA platform
- UiPath
- Automation Anywhere
- Blue Prism
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience integrating automation with APIs, databases, Excel, ERP systems, and web applications.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Programming experience with C#, VB.NET, Python, Java, or similar languages is highly desirable.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
