Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Analyst to support the client's commercial and sales strategy initiatives through data-driven analysis and actionable insights. This role will work closely with the sales and business teams to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance, productivity, customer trends, market data, and sales coverage to generate actionable business insights.
- Support the assessment and development of sales strategies to improve commercial performance.
- Evaluate sales models, channel effectiveness, and field force productivity, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and commercial performance evaluations.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend initiatives to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic sales planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide strategic recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis, Charts).
- Experience in sales performance analysis, sales productivity, market research, and commercial strategy.
- Excellent structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
- Working Arrangement
- Work Location: WFO at Client Office (Jakarta Area).
- Employment Type: Dedicated Freelance (Daily Rate).
- Working Hours: Follow client working hours (approximately 8–12 hours per day).
