About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Shipping Officer to join our team at PT NANYANG SYNERGY INDONESIA'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the sales order process and ensuring the efficient shipping of our products to our valued clients in the Balaraja Banten area.
- What you'll be doing
- Process and track sales orders, liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate product shipments, arranging for transportation and managing shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and provide regular reports on stock levels
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent client service
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
- What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales or shipping administration role, preferably within the client & sales administration industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
