Sales Assistant Manager - Chemical (Resin Products)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, Chemical/Chemical Engineering background is preferred.
• 4 to 5 years of sales experience (preferably from automotive, chemical, or trading companies).
• Hands-on experience handling chemical/plastic resin products such as
• Copolymer, Polypropylene (PP), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), etc.
• Proficient in English (both oral and written).
• Proficiency in
• Japanese
• is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the sales of plastic resin products.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities and target new customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers while expanding new business avenues related to plastic materials.
• Create and analyze yearly budgets to align with commercial targets.
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reports to optimize profitability.
