Sales Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Key responsibilities

Assist the sales team with daily internal sales tasks, including managing customer orders (order, shipping & payment), data entry and follow-up, and organizing related documents

Coordinate and manage with the warehouse regarding product availability and shipment

Coordinate communication between various internal departments and the sales team to ensure the smooth processing of orders, PO, contracts, and invoices

• Help organize sales meetings, prepare sales reports, and compile relevant materials
• Input and archive purchasing data neatly and accurately
• Assist with the vendor evaluation and price negotiation processes
