About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Oaken Lab in Bali—providing exceptional customer experiences, educating guests on our fragrances, and cultivating a warm and knowledgeable atmosphere that reflects the Oaken Lab philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and knowledgeable customer service aligned with the brand's artisanal values
- Explain product ingredients, scent profiles, and usage in an engaging way
- Drive sales by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products
- Maintain clean and organized store displays and stock levels
- Support daily store operations including cashiering and inventory management
Requirements
- Min. 1 year of experience in retail or hospitality (luxury or lifestyle brand preferred)
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & conversational English
- Passionate about fragrance, grooming, and storytelling
- Friendly, proactive, and sales-oriented
- Willing to work in a retail shift environment, including weekends and holidays
