About the role
- Responsible for serving and assisting customers whilst overseeing sales of products and services for their employer.
- Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate products' features
- Examine merchandise
- Carry out order intake
- Provide customer service to clients and potential clients
- Process orders and follow up with buyers
- Organise product display
- Prepare sales checks
- Ensure stock storage safety
- Plan aftersales arrangements
- About you
- At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for positions such as Store Associate, Cashier, or daily worker
- Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
- Strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
