- Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and introduce them to Active Study’s study abroad services.
- Listen to each student’s goals and provide personalised recommendations for universities, colleges, or programs.
- Guide students through their study journey — from initial consultation to application support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students through consistent follow-ups and communication.
- Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining excellent service quality.
- Record and manage all leads, consultations, and progress updates using our CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience in
- sales, customer service, or education consulting
- (training provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent
- English communication skills
- both spoken and written
- (mandatory)
- Friendly, empathetic, and persuasive personality with a passion for education and helping others.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with digital tools or CRM software is plus.
