Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors.
- Promote and sell the company's engineering products, systems, and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and site assessments to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to project award and handover.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming commercial and industrial projects.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, sales forecasts, and regular activity reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 3 years of experience
- in technical sales, engineering sales, or business development within the
- Commercial Building, Manufacturing, Industrial, Construction, MEP, EPC, or Engineering Solutions
- sectors.
Experience selling engineering solutions, industrial equipment, mechanical & electrical systems, fire protection systems, HVAC, or project-based services is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial and industrial project sales, tender processes, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to travel extensively for business across Indonesia.
